How DA BUX Works at Food Hubs

All you need to do is pay with a SNAP-EBT card! The food hub staff will apply a 50% discount on qualifying Hawaiʻi grown fruits and vegetables when you pay with SNAP-EBT! Participating food hubs include farmers markets, online order-and-delivery services, and subscription-based CSAs (community-supported agriculture). Food hubs do not have the point-of-sale technology to scan Access Cards, so Access Cards are not needed to receive a DA BUX discount at participating food hubs.

At food hubs, the discount can only match the value of the SNAP-EBT payment (and no other payment type).
